This one day festival will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness education. From invigorating yoga classes, to intense workouts, workshops on mindfulness, nutrition, and self care, and vendors sharing their knowledge and skills - this day will be jam packed great information and great people.
