Reiki is an energy balancing technique working in conjunction with the vital energy that flows through your body. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body--or place their hands just above your body -- to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. As a Reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit between you and the source of the universal life force energy. The energy flows through my hands to you.

(90 min session includes extended Reiki, guided grounding meditation, time to discuss mindfulness practices)

Reiki is a clothes-on treatment, performed on a massage table.

As a Medical Reiki Master™, I have been trained to safely administer Reiki to clients in clinical settings such as operating rooms, infusion suites, diagnostic labs, labor and delivery rooms, birthing centers and home births, hospice and more.
